ZT777 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ZT777 — whether through the website at zt777.wine, the ZT777 mobile app, or any other platform interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the complete and binding agreement between you and ZT777 for all use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any ZT777 service. Continuing to use the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ZT777 products, including sports betting, live casino, slots, live dealer games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available on the platform at any time.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a ZT777 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

ZT777 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage. This may include a copy of a CNIC, a selfie, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet linked to your account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

Each player is permitted to hold one ZT777 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different email address or phone number — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balance being subject to review.

3. Account Rules

Your ZT777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. ZT777 will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

You must notify ZT777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ZT777 may temporarily suspend your account while a security review is conducted if we have reason to believe the account has been compromised.

Account balances are held in PKR. Your ZT777 balance reflects deposits made minus bets placed and withdrawals processed, plus any winnings settled in your favour. The balance shown in your account at any time is the accurate current figure in Pakistani Rupees.

If you wish to close your ZT777 account, you may request closure by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method in PKR, subject to standard verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Payments

ZT777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. All ZT777 transactions are processed in PKR. There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process.

Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your ZT777 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet. Raast transfers and bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are typically reflected promptly once the payment is authorised.

ZT777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and match the details on your ZT777 account. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered details, ZT777 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend your account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. ZT777 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ZT777 are processed to your registered payment method in PKR. The amount you request is the amount ZT777 will send — there are no hidden platform-side deductions applied to withdrawal amounts. Your payment provider's standard transaction fees, if any, remain outside ZT777's control.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity and payment method ownership must have been confirmed by ZT777's verification team. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be held until the required documents are received and reviewed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. ZT777 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, though verification requirements may extend processing time in some cases.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within your account at the time of the request.
• ZT777 may request additional verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in the bonus terms for that specific offer.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ZT777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules cover how bets are settled, how abandoned or postponed events are handled, and how in-play markets behave when a match status changes. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the relevant sport rules before placing a bet.

For cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international T20s, One Day Internationals, and Test matches — ZT777 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. If a match is abandoned due to weather or other external factors before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned unless the sport rules specify otherwise.

Live in-play bets are accepted at ZT777's discretion. Odds during in-play markets can change rapidly, and the odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet slip are the odds that will apply to your bet if it is accepted. ZT777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, particularly during critical moments in a match such as a wicket falling or a VAR review in football.

• Bets placed and confirmed on the bet slip are final and cannot be cancelled after acceptance.
• ZT777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your ZT777 account balance in PKR immediately upon settlement.
• Bet settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. ZT777 does not settle based on unofficial or provisional results.

7. Casino & Live Games

ZT777's casino section includes live dealer games, slots, table games and other electronic casino products. All casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by a real dealer in a studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by the game mechanics and are not influenced by ZT777.

Live casino games — including live baccarat, live roulette and live blackjack — are streamed in real time. Once a betting round is open, you may place your stake within the designated betting window. Once the betting window closes and the dealer announces "no more bets," no further changes can be made to your stake for that round.

If a live casino game is interrupted due to a technical issue — such as a stream disconnection or a server error — before the round is completed, ZT777 will apply the game's specific disconnection and void rules. In most cases, an incomplete round will be voided and your stake returned. The specific rules for each live game are available within the game interface.

Casino game RTP (Return to Player) percentages vary by game and are provided by the respective game suppliers. ZT777 does not modify RTPs set by game suppliers. Slots and other RNG games are subject to variance, meaning results fluctuate across sessions as a natural function of how the games work.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

ZT777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount — or in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount — must be bet before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. ZT777 will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement for each offer at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and form part of your total balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one active bonus may apply per account at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• ZT777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including removing a bonus from a player's account if it was credited in error or obtained through a policy breach.
• Attempts to abuse promotional offers — including multi-accounting, matched betting across platforms using bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation of promotions — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.

9. Prohibited Conduct

ZT777 takes platform integrity seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of the breach:

• Registering more than one account on ZT777, whether under your own details or using different personal information.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets, access account features or manipulate any part of the ZT777 platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit errors in odds, game mechanics, or promotional terms in a systematic or deliberate way.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing funds from accounts registered to another person.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of ZT777 for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ZT777 support staff or other users of the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

ZT777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is under investigation.
• Verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account shows activity consistent with fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.
• ZT777 receives a credible legal or regulatory requirement to suspend or close the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through ZT777's responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, ZT777 will communicate the reason and the expected timeline for review where it is appropriate to do so. If an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed policy breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a policy breach — for example, at your own request or due to a responsible gaming self-exclusion — any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method in PKR after standard verification is completed.

11. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion on ZT777 allows you to block your own access to the platform for a set period. In all cases, ZT777's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. ZT777 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
